Movement For Wellness

Gentle Stretch - is a combination of Gentle Yoga, Alexander Technique and Movement for Wellnesss.  This is a 1 hour online class.  Tuesday & Friday 12 - 1

Flow Class - intermediate yoga class focusing on strength, balance, and fluidity.  1 hour online class on Wednesday from 10 -11

Dance Movement Class - warm up, light aerobic dancing,  balance, weights, and gentle stretching.  50 minute online class on Thursdays from 10 -11

Movement for Wellness Class - weather you are just returning to an exercise program or want a quick break from your desk this short class has you covered.  Do some gentle stretching, a bit of strength all with a focus on breathing, coordination and ease.  You'll be ready to take on the 2nd half of your day!   30 minute online class Mondays  & Wednesdays 12 - 12:30
