Hatha Yoga/Alexander style Yoga and the Alexander Technique are both based on the union of movement and breath.   These classes use traditional yoga poses and posture with a focus on applying the Alexander Technique to movement.  Through an increased awareness of the relationship between your head, neck and the lengthening/widing of the torso you will find an ease in your breath that facilitates your ability to stretch and stay centered.

Dance I teach private lessons in ballroom dance specializing in working with people who feel intimidated by traditional dance classes.  My approach is very unique and focuses on learning to move to the music and to feel comfortable leading or following.  I can teach anyone who thinks they have two left feet float through across the floor.
